Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached

- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Eligible Items

- Candle holders in unused, original condition
- Decorative bowls without signs of use or wear
- Serving trays in original packaging with protective materials
- Other table décor items that remain in pristine condition
Non-Returnable Items
For quality, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, displayed, or show signs of wear
- Items without original packaging, tags, or protective materials
- Custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered items
- Sale items, clearance products, or items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
- Package Securely: Pack the item in its original packaging with all materials
- Ship the Item: Send to the address provided with your RA number clearly marked
Important: Returns without a Return Authorization number may be delayed or refused. Please contact us before shipping any returns.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Defective or Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Our Error: We cover return shipping if we sent the wrong item
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchange Requests: We cover shipping for the replacement item
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
